Al-Mehrás – The Spring in Uhud (مہراس النبی) (Mad_13)

<p>Located at the beginning of Sheib al-Jarrar, this water pond lies in one of the glens of Mount Uhud. After the Battle of Uhud, Sayyiduna Ali ibn Abi Talib (r.a) fetched water from this spring in his helmet to wash the wounds of the Prophet Muhammad (<span dir="RTL">ï·º</span>). Although the water had an unpleasant odor and was not suitable for drinking, the Prophet (<span dir="RTL">ï·º</span>) allowed it to be used for cleansing his injuries. The site remains significant due to its connection with the Prophet&rsquo;s healing after the battle.</p>
