Masjid Abu Bakar al-Siddiq r.a. مسجد ابوبکر صدیق (Mad_03)

<p>Located at the southwest of Masjid al-Nabawi, near Masjid al-Ghamama, this historic masjid marks the site where the Prophet Muhammad (<span dir="RTL">ï·º</span>) led Eid prayer and belived that the funeral prayer for Najjashi was offered here. During the caliphate of Abu Bakar (r.a.), he also led Eid prayers here. To commemorate these events, Umar ibn Abdul Aziz (r.a.) later built a small masjid at the location.</p>
