Masjid Hudaybiah (?????? ????) (Mak_19)

<p>Located&nbsp;in&nbsp;al-Shumaisi,&nbsp;24&nbsp;km&nbsp;from&nbsp;Masjid&nbsp;al-Haram&nbsp;on&nbsp;the&nbsp;old&nbsp;Jeddah&nbsp;Road,&nbsp;this&nbsp;site is where the Prophet Muhammad&nbsp;?&nbsp;camped during the 6 AH Umrah journey. It is also&nbsp;the&nbsp;location&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;Treaty&nbsp;of&nbsp;Hudaybiah,&nbsp;a&nbsp;10-year&nbsp;peace&nbsp;pactbetween&nbsp;Muslims&nbsp;and the Quraysh, and the scene of Bay&lsquo;at al-Ridwan, where companions pledged allegiance under a tree after Uthman ibn Affan&rsquo;s (r.a.) delayed return. The original&nbsp;site, with remains of the old masjid and wadi, lies behind the present structure near Mount Hudaybiah, marking a landmark of Islamic diplomacy and eventual victory.</p>
