Masjid Shaikhain (Daraa) مسجد الشيخين (Mad_07)
<p>When the Messenger of Allah (<span dir="RTL">ï·º</span> ) set out for the Battle of Uhud, he stopped at an open area known as al-Shaikhain, named after two nearby fortresses belonging to a blind Jewish man and woman. Here, the Prophet (<span dir="RTL">ï·º</span>) performed his Maghrib and Isha prayers, and before Fajr, he proceeded to the battlefield, donning his military attire, including a shield (Dir'a). In memory of this event, a Masjid was constructed at the site.</p>
